Service Description
Join for a slow, meditative style of yoga where passive postures are held for long periods (typically 3 to 10 minutes). We will target deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints rather than muscles, promoting improved flexibility, joint mobility, and a profound sense of mental calmness. We will meet on our mats, bring a pillow and a blanket.
